Returns
Lindt Trading will accept returns for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of order under the following conditions:-
- Items must be returned in original saleable condition
- Packaging, gift boxes etc must be intact and in original saleable condition
- Items must be packed well enough to return without breaking, well packed with fragile stickers
- Return freight is the customer's responsibility where we have delivered as ordered (unless faulty as per consumer law).
- Email sales@lindttrading.com.au for a return authority number
- Once RA# received please package goods safely in bubblewrap to ensure fragile items do not break and clearly write RA# on the parcel
- Post to:- LINDT TRADING 8/124 Keys Rd, Cheltenham VIC 3192
- Keep receipt from Post Office to enable item tracking
